If you place an order for an Impact and purchase your subscription at the same time, the subscription will start from when you receive your Quell Impact and log in for your first session.

Monthly memberships (12-month commitment) 

Your billing date is based on your activation date. If you're a monthly member, charges will recur on a month-to-month basis. 

12 month memberships

If you signed up for a 12 month membership, your billing renewal will occur annually based on your activation date. You will receive a reminder email 30 days before your renewal date. 

Determining your exact bill date

In order to view the exact date of your next billing cycle, visit playquell.com log into your account by selecting the person icon in the top right. Then select manage membership. At the top of the screen you will see your next payment date.
