If you purchased Quell before 06/31/2023 you have been gifted a lifetime membership as a thank you for your early support.
Lifetime Memberships are automatically applied to your account. Your Lifetime Membership WILL NOT display under the "Manage Membership" section of your account. Your Lifetime Membership WILL DISPLAY under the "Manage Your Orders" section.
- If you purchased VIA Indiegogo or Kickstarter use the email address associated with your BackerKit survey.
- If you ordered from anywhere else, use the email address associated with your original order
Updating Your Email
If you no longer have access to the relevant email address:
- Contact Quell Customer Service
- Be sure to include proof of your original purchase
- Provide your new email address in your initial message
