What Drop is my pre-order in?

DROP 001: Includes everyone who pre-ordered before August 26th, 2021.

DROP 002: All other pre-order customers

When will I receive my order?

DROP 001: Has already shipped. 

DROP 002: Delivered in May.

What if I want to change my belt size?

If you're in Drop 001, it's too late to change your belt size as your order has shipped. You will be able to purchase additional belts this summer. 

If you're part of Drop 002 and did not select your belt size when completing your order, you should have already received a survey to do so. It is now too late to change your selection. 

Completing my pre-order payment

If you have pre-ordered using the deposit option, you will be notified about a 60 day payment period once your Impact is being manufactured. Complete your pre-order payment by heading to the website.

Log into your account by selecting the person icon in the top right. Then select:

Final Payment Area > Complete payment.

Cancelling your pre-order

If you would like to cancel your pre-order, please contact [email protected].

If you payed for your pre-order in full you are entitled to a full refund. We do not offer refunds on pre-orders placed VIA non-refundable deposits.
